Thank you to everyone who has completed the Castle challenge I do have some certificates ready for those children. I have not handed these out yet as I am still receiving photos of your fantastic creations. If you have taken part please send Miss Armstrong a picture before Monday.

Please remember that now we are in the Summer Term when you have completed your homework you can now bring in your Homework book into school so I can see your hard work in class. On completion of your homework there will be dojos rewarded and I can also tick you off in my book. Your homework books will then be sent home on Friday’s with their new homework pieces inside.

If there are any problems with completing the homework please email:

For this week please remember worksheets do not need to be printed off only do so if you wish.

English

This week I would like you to complete a Four Seasons activity, you have started this topic in Science already this week. I would like you to complete the circle or Square below, and include different words to describe the season, things that you think about in that season and the colours you may see. Fill in the boxes will as many words that you can think of, try and sound out the words independently using your phonics skills.

For example:

Summer: hot, sunshine, ice- cream, holidays, yellow, orange.

Math’s

This week for your Math’s homework I would like you to complete the Doubling and Halving worksheet below. I have attached below our good friend Jack Hartman song to help you remember as well as our Dancing doubles. Try your best I have put below a ladybird to help you if you need support. Remember to place a dot on each side of the ladybird to make equal/same amounts.
