WELCOME TO NURSERY
Nursery at St John the Baptist School
Nursery provision is offered to all children starting the term after their 3rd birthday.
We accept children in September, January and after Easter each school year.
Depending on when their birthday falls, children will qualify for 5, 4 or 3 terms at Nursery before they reach school age.
All children are funded for 15 hours of free Nursery provision. This is their Universal Entitlement.
At St Johns we offer these hours as five morning sessions which last for 3 hours.
Additional hours may be booked and paid for either privately or though additional government funding for working parents. (see slideshow below)
APPLICATION FORMS FOR NURSERY CAN BE FOUND AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE AND ARE SUBJECT TO OUR NURSERY ADMISSIONS POLICY.
Admission to Nursery does not increase your elligibility for a Reception Class place (see school admissions policy)
