Can you drink out of an open cup / beaker? (One that does not have a spout or a stopper)
Can you do this independently without spilling?

Task 1: Healthy Eating - Make a Hungry Caterpillar snack or dessert!
Can you make a fruit kebab in the colours of The Very Hungry Caterpillar? You could put it on a cocktail stick or skewer or balance your fruit on a celery stick or just arrange it on a plate.
Have a go and remember to take a photo BEFORE you eat it!

Task 2: Learn about the Life Cycle Of A Butterfly
Life Cycle song! Butterfly, egg, caterpillar, chrysalis...
Can you make your own butterfly lifecycle?
Task 3: Water Play -
Fill a large container or jug from a smaller one eg a cup.
Count how many cupfuls are needed to make it to half-full or full? When you have done this you could enjoy one of the other free play tasks. ( if it is easier to have an early bath and do this task then please do - we won't need photos though!!)
