Task 1: English

LO: To complete a reading comprehension

From the KS2 English Comprehension Year 4 Targeted Question Book in your folders, complete the Escape From Germany Comprehension activity on pages 20-21. Don’t forget the put the Date at the top of the page.  Please read through the text carefully and keep going back to the text after you have read each question! The answers are in the text! 
You may want to draw me a picture that would explain the story further. When you have done and email your maser pieces and don't forget to blog! Enjoy!

Task 3: Music

LO: Australian Music

The final stop on our world tour is Australia and in today's lesson you will learn about the didgeridoo.

There is a short video to watch about this fascinating instrument, and then you have to write some quiz questions and 5 interesting facts about the didgeridoo.

To finish this topic, we would like you to write a short paragraph about your favourite music and instrument that we have learned about. You will see my favourite on the PowerPoint below!
