Good morning Year 2, I hope you are all ok!

Thank you for working so hard with your tasks. I know that it's a challenging time for everyone, so I appreciate you doing what you can and trying your best.  The work that you are sending in is fabulous, your maths being very impressive in particular! I am in school everyday with our keyworker children and they are working extremely hard too! We are making a home school display in class and I am filling it with pictures of the brilliant work you are sending in and the work we are doing in school. I will take a picture soon to show you all!  Look after yourselves and each other.

Remember to log onto www.getepic.com/students using our class code (that was texted to you and it's on our school blog) and click on your initials, to access the 2 books that I have assigned for you to read this week. If you have read them, please feel free to read any of the other age-related books available on the website too. This website is what our school is using to monitor your reading at home, please make sure that you are reading regularly.

Then put the date and L.O. into your lined book. Please answer the following questions about the chapter in full sentences. Try to use your knowledge from the chapter to support your answers.

2. Why did Plop think the young lady was Father Christmas?
