To start our lesson, you need to follow the link below and then watch the video. Today you are going to be designing and writing your own advertisement for your healthy snack. You need to sell it to me! I want to be soooo hungry whilst I’m reading all of your adverts and want to eat them all!!

If the teacher asks you to pause the video and do a task in your books, make sure you pause it. Listen carefully to the teacher and then send me a picture of your work on my email. Enjoy!

LO: To find out about the results of Boudica’s revolt.

Last week we looked at who Boudica was and what she did. This time we are going to focus on the revolt that she led against the Romans. The first thing I would like you to do is work your way through the power point I have attached below. It goes through the happenings of the revolt against the Romans and tells you lots of details of what happened.

Once you have gone through the power point, I would like you to find Worksheet 5A and 5B in your home learning packs. Worksheet 5A outlines the story of Boudica’s revolt, with a sentence under each box, here you need to draw a picture in each of the boxes to show what is happening. Worksheet 5B asks you to retell the story of Boudica’s revolt and then draw a picture.

I would like you to CHOOSE which sheet you are going to do: Worksheet 5A or worksheet 5B. Or, if you are feeling very studious, you can do both!

If you are doing Worksheet 5B, there is a word bank also in your home learning pack that you could use to help you.
