We love to read Wednesday

Hello Year 1.

I can't believe how many of you started work early on Tuesday. You are all very keen.

We are now all using Education City after some teething problems. Fabulous.

Don't forget Joe this morning.

Today I would like you to look in your KS1 English Comprehension book.

Look at Playtime (Pg 2) and draw a ring around the 4 things that do not belong. Then look at Where do they live? (Pg 3) and trace and match like it says.

Then I would like you to access Education City and complete Addition which has Crazy Kayaking and Drive Time in. This will mean that you will be adding to 20 and for the Drive Time, please write the number sentences ( eg 12+4=16) in your Yellow book.

Finally I have a challenge!

I would like to see you all reading a book wearing something silly or somewhere silly in your house or garden or yard please.

I am going to put all the photos I receive by email on here this evening.

Mrs Glynn, and her daughter and Mrs Maxwell and I have already had our photos taken. Mrs Maxwell cannot wait to see you all reading. She is missing you on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Let's make her smile and show her you are all reading!
