The teaching team in Year 3 is Miss Hartley (class teacher), Mrs Barker (RE) and Mrs Taylor (SSA). On Wednesdays Mr Kelly teaches PE and Mrs Jones teaches Music. Mrs Howley teaches French each Thursday.

Thinking about Reconciliation - we have read the stories from the Bible about Zacchaeus the tax collector, The Lost Sheep and The Lost Son (Prodigal Son). Can you retell them to your family?
RE Topic
We made a Baptism Exhibition. Year 3 brought in something from their own baptism. We saw Baptism garments, photographs, certificates, gifts and candles. It was a really special morning in Year 3 and we invited Mrs Schofield, the Parish Sacramental Coordinator and Mrs McKeating, our Headteacher to come and have a look!

A "Baptism" in Year 3 - Today we held a mock baptism in class. We "baptised" three babies and an adult. The babies had parents, godparents and grandparents present. Our "adult" was helped by his two sponsors and his parents and families. Mrs Taylor officiated and Mrs Barker did the readings!readings!
