Today I would like you to find your Inspire Assessment book in your Home Learning Packs. Turn to Page 15 and complete check-up 1, Section A (up to page 18).
English:
LO: To plan a letter of persuasion.
Today we are going to plan a letter of persuasion to try and persuade the loggers to stop destroying the rainforest. I have attached the planning sheet that I would like you to complete. You can either copy it out into your workbooks or print it out. Make sure you use the persuasive features that you wrote out yesterday.
Before you finish today’s English, I also want you to read the letter of persuasion example that I have attached below. You are going to be writing your own letter tomorrow, so this example will prepare you for tomorrow’s lesson.
